What Is Healing?

Our tremendous power to heal has been one of the most fascinating studies I have made. The fact that we heal at all is nothing short of a miracle.

Though it is normaly an autonomic function the healing process can be enhanced and directed. It is sort of like breathing. Most of the time we breath without thinking about it, but we can control it if we want to.

Learning to control the healing process is very simple in the beginning. You simply intend for healing to occur. It is that simple. With practice however one begins to see deeper into the process and healing becomes conscious.

I am able to read the bodies tension and subtle energy pain signals to find areas that are unhealthy, and direct the bodies own healing process to go to work fixing the problem.

I am going to introduce you to a model of healing you probably have not seen.

It is a phenominal experience to observe an area of pain and to gently guide the healing life energy into the restriction and observe as the pain imediately begins to melt away and is replaced by a warm, life sustaining sensation.

People who I have worked on have told me how amazed they were when they realized that there pain was gone. It happens so simply and naturally it is easy to miss. But there is no mistaking the absence of pain.

Healing is the process of regenerating damaged tissues and releasing restrictions in the flow of the bodies various currents. Such as blood, lymph, electrical nerve flow, and chi.

There is a blue print that was used to build our bodies. We call it DNA. That same blue print has the instructions required to repair damage disease. It acts like a computer program. A certain input is required to put the healing process in motion. Can you guess what that is?

Pain. The brain looks for pain and turns on the healing sequence wherever it finds it. Pretty smart since pain is the most obvious signal to damage or disease in the body.

where the systems tends to get locked up and go wrong is, that we as humans have a tendency to want to shy away and shield ourselves from pain. So we do whatever it takes to block it out. The consequence of this over time is to develope numb areas inthe body were pain is stored and not felt.

These spots lead to disease disfunction and death.

The Solution to this problem is simple but counter intuitive. You must choose to embrace your pain. Feel it, allow it, and observe it. For in this process lies the key to turning on your bodies natural healing process.

Once you get used to the idea, and the feeling of observing your pain, it actually starts to feel pretty good because you can feel the pleasant nurturing warmth your body will produce while running a healing cycle.

I have learned to turn it on at will, and am able to help others start their own healing engines. We all need help sometimes. As humans we are designed to support each other, not to be entirely self sufficient.

We each have our own rolls in this massive life form we call humanity. This is an aspect of my roll. To be a healing artist and visionary of our human potential.

Relaxation Is Not Automatic

Did you know that in order to relax you have to do it on purpose? Seems like such a simple thing, but many of us forget to do it.

Life is happening and we get all wound up in what is going on. We often forget to unwind. Day after day stress builds up and turns into a burning feeling in your back  and shoulders, and frequent head aches.

Life keeps happening anyway. You need to keep up with your schedule and responsibilities and the pain is pushed away and ignored. Guess what? It didn’t go anywhere. It’s still right there in your body, building up and spreading out.

This goes on for ten years. Twenty? Now it has become a glaring problem. Your quality of life is being adversly affected and it is difficult if not impossible to get the work done every day you need to to to take care of your self and your family.

What happens is your body begins to freeze in the position being held by stressful tension. The fascia begins to crystalize and lose its elasticity. Now instead of stretching, it pulls on the other parts of the body it is connected to.

The entire body from head to toe, and from the skin to the spine, is connected by a three dimensional web of fascia. It gives muscles there shape and connects them to the bones, it hold organs in place, and it seperates the bodies main cavaties. Fasci Touches every part of the body.

When you have fascial restriction it is pulling on every other part of your body, to some degree, simultaneusly. Thus your posture is out  of balance, and gravity ways more heavily on you.

This whole process is both preventable and reversable.

Whether it be caused by repetitive motion or a traumatic injury, fascial restriction is  preventable in some cases, and reversible in others, sometimes allowing for a full return to healthy functioning.

Of course it depends on the nature of each individual case.

To prevent your stress from turning your body into a nightmare of chronic pain take time every day to sit still and relax. To process the events of the day and do what ever it takes to stop thinking about anything other than relaxing your body. Learn to fully relax. With guidance and practice  you will learn to relax at will. Even from intense mental, emotional, or physical stress.

Miraculous Pain Relieving Results

Before a recent session with one of my new clients she told me That she couldn’t believe how good she felt. She said”My body feels twenty years younger! I haven’t felt this good in a very long time.”

That was after only three sessions.

The key to the effective ness of Energetic Bodywork is that it approaches pain and dysfunction by targeting the root cause of the problem. That is a restriction in the fascia causing a binding down effect in the nervous and circulatory systems. This causes an increase in internal pressure, a decrees in circulation, an increase in electrical energy build up,  and pain.

By reversing the restriction, causing a release, the symptoms can be alleviated. It doesn’t matter if the pain is 2 weeks old or twenty years old, it can be reversed. The body has incredible regenerative powers, and when nurtured properly can be brought back to higher functioning pain free state.

I have seen it time and time again. People who have been in pain for decades will have three or four sessions with me and be absolutely amazed at how much relief they feel. On many ocasions after six to ten treatments their pain is gone and they go years with the pain never returning.

The point here is that if you are living with chronic pain there is a good chance you don’t have to. There is a solution for you. You can be free from chronc pain.
